It was great to visit The Laurel Academy in Mexborough and catch up with the Principal and Vice-Principal who showed me around the school. I was very impressed with the calm, purposeful environment in the school.
Whilst there, I also met with Paul Tarn, CEO of Delta Academies Trust, to hear more about the work of the trust in my constituency as well as a range of matters regarding schools.
