Where necessary to progress your casework, I may process special category personal data, such as information relating to your health, ethnicity, political opinions or other sensitive matters, where permitted by UK data protection law.
As a Member of Parliament, I have lawful access to the full electoral register for Doncaster North and may use this information to communicate with constituents about my parliamentary activities.
I will only contact you by email, text or phone if you’ve given explicit consent. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe anytime using the unsubscribe option in all communications or by contacting my Data Protection Contact.
I will not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Sharing Your Information
When handling your casework, I may need to share your details with government departments, local authorities and other public bodies. I only share the minimum information necessary to advocate effectively on your behalf.
I will not share your personal information with other organisations without your explicit consent, except where required for casework.
How Long I Keep Your Data
- Casework information: maximum 3 years, or until your case is resolved. I may delete repetitive information to hold minimal personal data
- Contact preferences: while I’m MP for Doncaster North, or until you ask not to be contacted
I regularly review personal information to ensure its use remains necessary and proportionate.
Cookies and Technical Information
This website logs your IP address for systems administration and troubleshooting. I use aggregated IP data to track page visits and improve the site.
