I recently visited the Literacy Lab in Mexborough, where I met pupils from St John the Baptist School who had designed a fantastic new mural for the Literacy Lab.
The Literacy Lab is run by the National Literacy Trust in Doncaster and is based in the former school of ex-poet laureate Ted Hughes, which is now Mexborough Business Centre.
Children from St John the Baptist School visited to see the unveiling of their mural, and whilst there they took part in a draw along with Phil Sheppard from the National Literacy Trust.
